Why don't you give Sun Microsystems a quick call and ask them?

Well the problem that I have is that I never ask the user if he accepts Sun's licence for the JRE since it's not installed on his computer. But I guess that's such a nitty-gritty issue that I might as well ignore it until it becomes a problem.
