Hello I'm interested in learning from people doing/managing Java software development and who care about the (time and/or memory) performance of their offerings. If this describes you, would you please take a few minutes to answer the following questions? Feel free to include as little or as much detail as you want.
(1) What sort of software do you develop, and how much of a priority is performance maintenance/enhancement of that software for you? (2) Which tool(s), if any, do you currently use to attempt to understand and/or improve the time/memory performance of the programs you develop? (3) What are the strengths and weaknesses of the tools you currently use, or what feature(s) would you like to see in a future performance understanding/enhancement tool? (4) Are you in a position (and would you be willing) to pay a reasonably small license fee for the use of such a tool which meets your needs? What would you consider to be reasonable? Thank you for your participation. Roger Mateer --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CTJUG Forum" group.
