hi Jeff :)
Well Eclipse 3.2 + WTP for J2EE is very good. Eclipse is an excellent java editor, and a fairly good JSP and Javascript editor. Netbeans 5.5 has excellent out of the box and has good support for J2EE(Java EE?), J2ME (Java ME?) and Swing. For JSP etc.. the visual editor is pretty neat but i will probably never need it and the ME tools are very usefull. For me, eclipse, because i mainly do raw java editing (even though Netbeans is something i like to keep an eye on :) ). Cheers Mike ps : Java dev's like is free :) On Nov 15, 9:50 am, "Jeff Mutonho" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi there > > I know Enrico posed this question before(sometime time last > year). Many things have changed since then.I'm compiling some IDE > related stats and would be grateful to get input from CTJUG > forumites. > (You may also give a reason for your choice.) > > Thanx > > -- > > Jeff Mutonho > Cape Town > South Africa > > GoogleTalk : ejbengine > Skype : ejbengine > Registered Linux user number 366042 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CTJUG Forum" group.
