Hi,

Is there a way to stop Tomcat from redeploying your webapp when you make
a change to a class?

When I was using Eclipse 3.1 and Tomcat 4, minor changes wouldn't cause
a Tomcat redeploy.

I was able to immediately debug the change in the running Tomcat server.

With Eclipse 3.2 and Tomcat 5.5, any change I make causes the whole
webapp to get redeployed.

PS. I don't want to turn off the reloadable flag.

BTW In my Tomcat configuration (on Eclipse) I've checked "Run modules
directly from the workspace (do not modify the Tomcat installation)"

I prefer this option since it doesn't need to synchronize the Tomcat
webapps dir.

Any suggestions?
