Rico, I generally use clover(http://www.cenqua.com/clover/) and from unittest(which are extremely comprehensive) the outputted report shows the number of calls that are made to each line, coverage for the class etc. Its fairly expensive but well worth the money. :-)
There is an opensource if one : http://cobertura.sourceforge.net clover is a far more mature and better product.
