Hi all,

Google keep releasing cool tools / frameworks, amongst others:

GWT - http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/
Gears - http://code.google.com/apis/gears/
Guice - http://code.google.com/p/google-guice/

These are things that Google have been using internally for a while and have
been made public recently (actually, GWT has been around for a while). I
know that most people on this list are doing "serious" development and won't
often be given license to use newish tools like these for client projects,
but has anyone tried playing around with any of them?

For my part, my firm has spent a year's worth of spare developer hours
creating a staff database/crm tool with GWT, which is actually pretty big
and snazzy these days. I've been involved in that for the past three months.
They're pretty keen on getting Guice into the project. Gears is not
something I've used, but I can see its usefulness..

Anyone else?

Regards,
Fritz
