Hi

Netbeans has got different download bundle packs (same as Eclipse) each
targeted to a specific audience like Java SE-, JEE-, J2ME - and C++
developers.

Make sure you download the Netbeans pack named 'All', which includes SOA and
the Sun Bpel engine.

PS. Is this your first time playing with Netbeans? It's really an awesome
