Letters of intent for LB 7 must reach TIF by June 30. The librarian can sign the letter and it can be faxed to TIF (512-344-4320). Marvin or Bob can assist with preparing your application, and there is a sample Program A application at the URL above. The head of your governing authority must sign the application, which includes a certification that the governing authority specifically acted to authorize the application.
