If you can't get your governing body to act before July 30, call Wendy Latham, TIF grant administrator for CTLS (888-533-8432), and ask her about alternatives. Only one original of your application is required by TIF. It must have original ink signatures and cannot be faxed to TIF. Do send TIF the checklist of forms which is included as Appendix D with the forms available for download on the TIF web site.
