Does anyone in the Austin metropolitan area have old card catalog (Yes,
actual cards) cabinets that they would be willing to donate to an Austin, TX
charter school library? This library has books, and cards ready to go, but
they have run out of funds and cannot afford to purchase a new cabinet or
the software needed to run a computerized card catalog. If you need to know
their tax status, I can find out.
Also if you have any suggestions for an inexpensive solution to a
computerized card catalog, I would be glad to share that with them also.
