Dear member libraries,
CTLS starts its new fiscal year Sept 1, and that usually means that member
libraries can begin ordering books and other materials with funds CTLS has
set aside for them. THIS YEAR, WE ARE ASKING YOU TO WAIT until we get the
green light from the Texas State Library to begin ordering. There is a
complication with the money, and it would be better to wait. We appreciate
your help. PLEASE CALL ME AT THE SYSTEM OFFICE if you have questions.
