The libraryPlace.com website has moved to informata.com. We use the Bibliostat
software developed by the firm for online submission of public library annual reports.
So what's changed with the site?
* Customer Service and Technical Support
One of the main goals of the new Informata.com is to
provide an on-line support community for customers of our various
subscription products. Whether it's The Title Source II, Bibliostat Collect, or A/V
Access Plus, you'll find a variety of resources available on the site to help you get
the most from your subscription. Downloadable documentation, training and support
materials, on-line user group meetings and events and product discussion boards are
among them. This is your on-line customer service and technical support community.
* QuickLinks and Auto-Logins
Your registration for theLibraryPlace will work for the new
Informata site. In addition, QuickLinks that you have created will also
still be available. Any Auto-Logins that you have set up to simplify access
to your online subscriptions are also active. You can continue to use the
custom features on the Informata site in the same way that you did at
theLibraryPlace.
