Annual reports must be received by April 30th to meet the deadline for system membership. Please remember to print off a copy of your report prior to pressing the 'submit' button. Should you have a question regarding your annual report and need an immediate reply, I suggest you contact your system office. They will either contact me or Bell Clarke as needed.
