I know what you're thinking - egad, another TIF survey. Sorry to bombard you with this one; but it's very short-I promise-and only covers the TexShare databases. The survey is being conducted in the hopes that the results will give the legislature some hard evidence about how valuable the TexShare databases are to public libraries in Texas. So, if you have a few minutes to spare, please give it a look. Thanks, Sharon Herfurth CTLS _______________________________________ Dear CTLS Member, The Texas Center for Digital Knowledge at the University of North Texas is conducting a study to identify future needs for Texas public libraries and library users related to the direction of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund Board. This involves programs and grants from which your library may potentially benefit. Please help this effort by completing an online survey. Your responses are anonymous, and you may review results after submitting your answers. The survey is short and takes only a couple of minutes to complete. The time impact of the survey is minimal, but the results will be another tool to use to demonstrate the value of the TIF investment and to help validate the need for continued investment in this project.
