Temple Public Library does have a computer lab that we share with the IT department. There are 12 computers and a set up for the instructor to project what he/she is doing on a screen. They are all connected to the Internet with a T-1 line. However, Bob can tell you they are old cast-off computers, and not terribly reliable, so keep that in mind when considering us.
