It was brought to our attention yesterday that the TexShare Card Statistics Reporting Form was no longer accepting the number zero after an adjustment was made to the script that processed the information. The problem has been solved and the form now accepts the number zero once again. We apologize for the mix-up. The form is located at http://www.texshare.edu/memberinfo/statistics/cardstats/statsform.html, and it exists so that participants in the TexShare Card program can compile and report their usage statistics for the fiscal year running September 2001-August 2002.
