Today I have some bad news and some good news to share that was brought to my attention by Rachel Cummins at Austin Public Library. Sharon Herfurth CTLS The Bad News: Consumer Reports is no longer available in full text through MasterFILE Premier. Full-text backfiles are still available from 05/01/1990 through 04/30/2002 . Consumer Reports is no longer selling its content to Database publishers (aggregators). I checked with Consumer Reports and they do not offer an institutional subscription, though they might in the future. The Good News: MasterFILE Premier Image Collection contains 72,358 images as of September 5, 2002.
