Please note that if you're waiting until the last minute like me to get your report in, there are two states with reports due by March 31, the other Pennsylvania. How do I know? I can't get past page 2 before I get an error message. I called, and they are past capacity. I thought I'd be smart and collect all my data first, go on, and complete it in one sitting. Nope.
