If you've had trouble getting online for your annual report to TSLAC, keep trying. Apparently there have been some problems with the Bibliostat server. See below for details from Wendy Clark. Sharon Herfurth Central Texas Library System FYI: I've had some reports of difficulty accessing Collect. Bibliostat staff have figured out its a server capacity problem (please see below). Best advice: ask libraries to log on at non-peak times (early AM, evening) and to keep trying. Thanks in advance for passing the word along and please do have libraries contact Bibliostat Customer Service at 800-775-3700 if they run into problems after this evening. We've received just over 300 reports as of yesterday. Wendy, I found out what I believe to be the underlying problem. We have a lot of deadlines this week with other states. One state in particular has a lot of calculations, which unfortunately has affected the performance of Collect. We are going to change the way that survey calculates and this should alleviate the problem. We will be making the change later this morning, so let me know how things progress today (after 12:00 EST).
