Go to http://www.bcala.org/awards/BBG!_Wiley_library_contest.pdf for a copy of the flyer. Programs need to be based on some of the books included in Black Books Galore. Austin Public Library owns several copies of the book and it's available electronically through NetLibrary. Programs can be storytimes, parent/teacher workshops, community events, etc. Programs need to be presented between July 1 and March 31, 2004.
