Wells Branch Community Library has exciting news to share. Our new facility will be finished on October 9th! Due to our move we have four free furnishing items to offer the library community. Items will be available October 1st - October 17 and also October 19th and 20th. Please note the size and descriptions below. I. Circulation Desk - in three sections. (It is pictured on our homepage.) 1) Stand alone desk with three drawers: 6'6" x 25" x 29", with a raised privacy shelf height of 39". 2) Circulation section: The first part has two large shelves. The middle part has a small drawer adjacent to shelf. The third part is the bookdrop. Overall measurement is 39" H x 26"W 9'1" L. 3)Long section with curved end: is 39" H x 26" W x 11' L. It has two main parts. a) The lower part is 56" long. It has a flat desk surface with a privacy shelf and two drawers. b) The taller part is 39" H x 26" W x 6'2" L. In the middle of the long section is a place for large items to be stored. The curved end has three shelves. II. Bookcases for paperbacks: Four wooden cases with six shelves each, measuring 6' H x 4' L. Shelves are 6" wide. Eight wooden cases with nine shelves each, measuring 6'8" x 4'. Shelves are 5" wide. III. Outdoor book return: Light blue with hand painted flora and fauna, measuring 51" H x 29" W X 29" L/ 41" L. The side with deposit drawer measures and additional 12", making that side 41" long. The hinged door, with lock, measures 17" X 24". The internal metal shelf depresses with weight. IV. Display case. The two end sections have a glass display case on top with storage space behind doors on the lower part. The middle section has a cork bulletin board on top, a slanted display area in the mid section, with six drawers at the bottom. The back side may be covered, so the case may be used as a room divider. It measures 6' H x 18" W X 9' L.
