Dear Folks,
Do you or your staff receive too much pay? If so, read no further.
This is my last gasp attempt to extract job descriptions from each of the
CTLS member libraries for the TLA Compensation Study. Twenty-one of the
libraries (out of seventy-four) have sent me exactly what was needed. The
remainder have punted by not responding. This statewide study is
potentially useful to anyone in the library world who needs justification
for their staff to receive higher pay. This serious and credible study is
being coordinated and monitored by Leah McAdams, who has six years
experience preparing pay compensation studies and Dr. Herman Totten.
The good news is that no matter what you do, I won't nag you
