The Public Library Development Study recommended that
systems explore ways to cooperate for greater
cost-effectiveness.
Pat Tuohy is on the PLDS task force committee considering
this recommendation. Pat would like your help in providing
examples of any the following relationships that CTLS
members may engage in with any other governmental body in
the state:
1. Cooperative automation systems
2. Cooperative/shared internet
access/systems/networks etc
3. Uses DIR to purchase internet access
4. Uses DIR to purchase computer equipment &
software
5. Uses any municipality's or local government's
contract to purchase anything electronic or computer related
Please respond directly to Pat at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Thanks,
Bob Gaines
