While cleaning out a cabinet we found several packages of Brodart's Multiple copy order forms. These are those carboned forms to fill out with requested titles. Since we do our ordering through our Dynix system now, we don't need these forms. So, if anyone would like them, please let me know, and we'll get them to you.
