Good morning. One of our librarians is considering changing the overdue notification policy of her library. Currently, they mail the first notice, and call if there is a need for further notification. Opinions among the staff at her library are that a phone call first is harrassment. How do you do it at your library? How's the success rate? How many days between the due date and the first notification, and between the first and second? Thank you.
