Under the Library Improvement Project, the NN/LM SCR provides a PC, printer, scanner, funding for Internet and document delivery services, and training on NLM services such as PubMed, MedlinePlus, and Loansome Doc, as well as Internet searching.  http://nnlm.gov/scr/outrch/lipmay04.htm Express Community Health Information Assessment Award: Thorough needs assessments serve to analyze community needs in depth, with respect to the community’s cultural, social, economic and physical situations.
