(for invoices dated August 2, 2004 and beyond) If you purchase DVD, VHS, or CD products from Baker & Taylor, your upcoming Invoices from Baker & Taylor will have an updated format. Changes include; Important contact and remittance information is now realigned and highlighted, making data more noticeable. Reminders regarding breakage claims, errors/omission, general claims, and return authorizations. A total amount due is highlighted. In addition, your Invoice will now print vertically instead of horizontally. The format of Invoices you receive from our warehouses will remain the same. Only the Invoices you receive via mail will have the new format changes. We hope these modifications will improve the usability of your Invoices.
