Proposed rule review of 13 TAC Chapter 8: The Texas State Library and Archives Commission proposes amendments to 13 TAC �8.3 and 13 TAC �8.5, regarding the TexShare Library Consortium. The proposed revisions would restrict a single academic institution to a single TexShare membership, eliminating multiple library memberships from the same institution. The proposed revisions would clarify that TexShare member libraries may not enter into agreements that would have the effect of providing TexShare services to entities that do not qualify for membership in the consortium.
