Subject: [Genealib] Free resource available!

The Registry of Holocaust Survivors at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is a voluntary and testimonial database of Holocaust survivors.  Visitors to the Museum can access basic information about survivors and their family members via user-friendly touch-screen computers.

In 2000, the Registry of Holocaust Survivors was published in book form.  At that time, the Registry contained the names of approximately 110,000 survivors.  The book lists survivors alphabetically (by current name and former name), by birthplace/residence before the war, and by location during the war.

We will send the printed four-volume set free of charge to any institution that wants it for its collection. If your institution has multiple branches and needs multiple copies, or if your institution already has it and you want a second copy, please let us know.

Please send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your name, the institution’s name, and the postal address.

Please feel free to send me any questions.

Sincerely,

Megan Lewis
