Let me know if you have questions on the Biblionix trial. I've posted the
basic information on the CTLS website:
http://www.ctls.net/Projects/BiblionixTrial.html.
I've added links to the Biblionix web pages which describe the services so
you can quickly find the information. Here's what you will find on the web
page:
CTLS has arranged for members to try for six months the services offered by
Biblionix.
The four Biblionix services are designed to increase productivity, enhance
patron services, and document needs or justify expenses. The services are
of particular interest to libraries which do not have the infrastructure or
technical support to provide these services for themselves.
To encourage CTLS members to try out the services, CTLS has paid for each
member to try one or more services of the member's choice for six months.
You can only try one service at a time, but you can try more than one
service during the trial period.
*        Database Usage Tracking
<http://www.biblionix.com/services.pl?service=db>  - the library can
designate up to 5 TexShare databases to track usage individually, or choose
instead to track the total of all database usage, both in-library and remote
*        Interlibrary Loan Management
<http://www.biblionix.com/services.pl?service=ill>  - capture information
for the patron and the loaning library and track ILL request and return
status
* Public Workstation Remote Control and Usage Statistics
<http://www.biblionix.com/services.pl?service=workstation>  - remote
shutdown and messages to users; graphs of usage by computer and time period
*        Personnel Scheduling Tool
<http://www.biblionix.com/services.pl?service=cal>  -employee and
desk/function calendars; password accessible from any browser
 To choose your service and get started, go to www.biblionix.com
<http://www.biblionix.com/> . Click on the sign-up icon and enter this
promotional code: CTLS
If you decide to continue with one or more of the services after six months,
you can find the cost for each service on the Biblionix
<http://www.biblionix.com/> web page describing that service.
