At the first two regional meetings members expressed interest in details about the board of directors for a nonprofit CTLS and how they would be elected. The proposed bylaws which will answer these questions are being developed by a bylaws subcommittee of the Steering Committee. (The Steering Committee was appointed by the Advisory Council to guide members through the transition, which will only occur when the governing bodies of 51 members have passed a resolution of support.)
