Texas Book Festival 21st Century Literacy Technology Grants DUE: January 12, 2005 Do you need computers, software, Internet connectivity, or funding for a wireless project? New this year, the Texas Book Festival has a new grant available to help with such projects. The 21st Century Literacy Technology Grants will award five $5,000 grants to Texas public libraries to start or improve upon their technology.
