Hi, I sent out the message below several days ago. Some folks have still had trouble getting into the Web site to sign up. The problem is the underscores sometimes do not show up in an email. If you think there is a space there is not, it is really an underscore which is the shift key of the dash and looks like this _ . Amanda Well the problem is me. I typed the Web address wrong on the flyer for the Providing Excellent Customer Service in a Multicultural Environment online class, and you know how picky Web addresses are.
