Heard Any Good Books Lately? 
On Monday, April 4 at 7 p.m. at the George Washington Carver Museum, Books
on Tape, a division of Random House, will present Now Hear This! 
Experience a live reading by talented actor and narrator John Lee. Hear
about the process of making a Books on Tape audiobook. Enjoy a wine, cheese
and dessert reception. Tour Austin's expanded George Washington Carver

Admission is $15. Proceeds benefit Austin Public Library Foundation, Friends
of the Austin Public Library and Library Partners. To buy tickets visit

at the door. 
The Carver Museum is located next to the Carver Branch Library. Take 11th
Street east from I-35. It's about 3 blocks east of the freeway. Map at
http://www.wiredforyouth.com/apllocations.cfm?acronym=acb but the Museum is
next door to the library. The Museum and Library complex recently opened and
is fabulous. Plenty of free parking!
