Selecting "Reply to All" will send a message to the entire list. --------------------------------------------------------- Dear Christine, When I import a MARC record for an Audio Tape and it says  limited to 30 characters it says it can open in Easy Entry and I just take out the word sound and a couple of punctuations an it just says cassette instr\ead of sound cassette which in this case is rather redundant.
