Subject: Offer of Surplus Materials by the University of Texas
Libraries (Austin)
The University of Texas Libraries is making available to TexShare
institutions surplus and superceded materials accumulated since the review last
fall. We are using this TexShare distribution list to make it easier to
route the information within your libraries.
These materials will be available for review and selection by your
representative(s)
3-7 October and 10-14 October 2005 from 8:30 am-4:30 pm in the
Collections Deposit Library (CDL), located at the intersection of Martin Luther
King Jr. Blvd. and Red River St. in Austin.
These materials are offered at no cost; however, packing and transportation
are the responsibility of the selecting institution. We ask that selected
materials be removed during the review period or no later than Friday, 21
October 2005.
To assist you in reviewing and/or selection, the material is shelved by
general subject area. Both surplus gifts and withdrawn titles are
included; condition ranges from fair to good, depending on previous use.
