If you
are in a flood prone area, get things up off the floor or bottom
shelves.

probably don’t need reminding, but you may want to remind the smaller libraries
to run a fresh back-up of their automation database (and their staff computer
hard drives) and take the backup tape out of the building. It’s such an
easy thing to forget when you are worried about securing other areas or getting
things off of the floor so that flood waters won’t damage
them. Deanna
From: Laurie
Mahaffey [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Just a reminder to all
of you to do what you need to do to secure the irreplaceable items in your
collection, if you can. People come first. Please report in on
Monday to let us know how things are in your
community. Thanks. Laurie Laurie
