Subject: More training on troubleshooting computers

"Excuse me, are you the librarian? This computer over here STILL isn't
working!"

The Texas State Library and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are
sponsoring more sessions of the popular FREE training series on
troubleshooting basic computer problems.

FIRST AID FOR AILING COMPUTERS will focus on "first aid" for basic
computer problems.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE FOR NETWORK DISORDERS will help participants deal
with simple network problems.

These full-day classes are primarily for front-line public library
staff who must cope with issues like frozen computers, non-printing
printers, and loss of Internet connection. Learn fast, simple ways to
resolve basic problems.
