Friends--
The U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service sponsors a Junior Federal Duck Stamp contest. Children
ages K-12 are invited to submit their own illustrations of birds in their
natural habitat. Prizes vary from state to state but all entries will
receive certificates of participation and winners will receive special
ribbons. The top national prize is $5,000 plus your artwork is published
on a stamp.
The brochure has
full info plus a great poster advertising the program.
