TO ALL ILL STAFF ON THE CTLS LISTSERV. PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO THE PERSON THAT MANAGES YOUR INTERLIBRARY LOANS IN YOUR LIBRARY. It is time to send overdue emails out to our Austin Public Library customers. This means all area libraries will also receive notices. Please take the time to go through all of your interlibrary loan records and clear titles that you have returned to the lender. I have not sent the emails out yet. This is only a warning giving you time to go in a clear your records. If you have not used our ILL services in the past few months you will not receive overdue notices. I am sending this email out to all area libraries, public, academic and special as an informative communication. I no longer write articles on the CTLS Newsletter and will use the Listserv and direct emails to communicate ILL activities to central Texas libraries who use our ILL service. In the past, the newsletter did not include academic and special libraries. I will now include them in all of my communications. I will give everyone until Wednesday morning to clear their records. On Wednesday morning I will send the emails out for all overdue items in ILLiad. To avoid the blocked email or to just keep your records up to date, PLEASE read the attachment. Thanks to everyone for your emails and phone calls.
