sponsoring more sessions of a FREE training on troubleshooting basic
problems with public and staff computers.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE FOR NETWORK DISORDERS will help participants deal with
simple network problems (losing connection to the Internet, printer, etc.).

The FREE full-day hands-on class is primarily for front-line public library
staff who must cope with issues like frozen computers, non-printing
printers, and loss of Internet connection. Learn fast, simple ways to
resolve basic problems.
