I only find it available at the Federal Library Depositories, of which, the Texas State Library is one. The Congressional Record can be read online.  I only read the Daily Digest.  http://www.gpoaccess.gov/crecord/06crpgs.html  http://www.tsl.state.tx.us/ref/fedinfo/index.html

Hi,

I have a question to ask. Do anyone subscribe
to the Congressional Record and is it free to
public libraries? We had a patron who insist that
we can get this for free. Please  respond today
if you can .

Thank you all
