No, I haven't, but I did talk to a rep. from Better World Books yesterday. They are going to be at TLA if anyone is interested in talking with them further. I just tried the www.blogistics.com site and got a different company.

There is another company, bLogistics (www.blogistics.com), that provides services to libraries to dispose of unwanted and weeded materials.  Has anyone compared bLogistics and Better World Books for their services?
