Austin Public Library uses keytags, paired with regular-size cards. These are an option from many vendors of library cards. Patrons love them, but they break and fall off keychains eventually. This means that you have to reissue both cards if you use a two-card system.

Subject: Keytags for patrons

To those of you who issue keytags for patron cards:

Do you like them?

Do your patrons like them?

Do you issue both cards and keytags?

Where do you buy them?

What do you charge to replace?
