Subject: Woman's Day Initiative: Small Businesses Start @your library

Where do small businesses begin? @ your library!

The American Library Association and Woman's Day magazine have launched an
editorial initiative to find out how women have used the library to start
their own small businesses. Essays 700 words or less will be accepted to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] through May 10, 2007, and four readers will appear in the
March 2008 issue of the magazine.
More information about the initiative as well as promotional tools to help
you promote it locally are available on The Campaign for America's Libraries
Web site at www.ala.org/@yourlibrary. Click on "Small businesses start @
your library."
If you do promote it, can you let us know? Please contact campaign
coordinator, Megan McFarlane, at [EMAIL PROTECTED] to tell us how.
