The program will run you through a wizard to make sure your computer has all the necessary elements to view. This takes a while, so I just listened to the Podcast. For that, you just need audio software like Windows Media or RealPlayer. FEND off law suits (Free Speech, Equality/Enforcement, Notice, Due Process). Something I found very interesting was her recommendation that libraries need an appeals process for all policies.
