Our system only allows them to renew online one time. After that, the
system requires a staff member to override in order to allow any
additional renewals. We have TLC's Library.Solution.

We are trying to decide whether to allow patrons to renew books
on-line. It seems like a good idea, but has anyone had trouble with
them renewing a lost book indefinitely so it won't show up in reports?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this,
