Statistics should cover TexShare Card transactions from September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2007. Please report even if your statistics are all zeros! Please make sure that your statistics are ready to compile, and send them in as soon as possible after August 31st. The reporting form will be available on the TexShare Web site after August 27th. Another reminder with the link to the FY07 form will be sent at the end of August. We ask all libraries to report these figures NO LATER THAN September 12, 2007. The State Library must include these statistics in its comprehensive fiscal year-end report to the Legislature, and we need lead time to compile the data. Below are the statistics that libraries are required to report: 1. Number of TexShare cards issued to your patrons. 2. Number of TexShare card visitors registered for borrower privileges. 3. Number of items circulated to visiting TexShare card borrowers. 4. Number of your library's materials lost by TexShare card borrowers. 5. Total dollar value of these materials. 6. Number of your library's materials lost by TexShare card borrowers for which you received payment from other libraries. 7. Total dollar value of these materials. 8.
