Well, there's always the dumpster! Jails and juvenile correction facilities
are usually willing to take donations, as are senior centers and retirement
facilities, but that will mean getting their guidelines as to what they want
and in what format (PB, hardback, Large print). Sometimes if you let it be
known that you're willing to give away whatever does not sell, they will
come and sort through what's left and take what they want, so you don't have
to do the sorting. THEN you throw the rest into the dumpster! Or use them to
make book crafts! Come to our workshop Friday afternoon in Caldwell and find
out how!

Our library is planning to have a used book sale in the near future.  As our
storage space has become extremely limited, I would like some suggestions on
ridding ourselves of the books that do not sell.  If you have any ideas that
have worked well in your libraries, please let me know.
