Dear colleagues - CTLS has a new library looking to come on board very soon. City management - not the librarian - plans to open at 20-25 hours a week with only one staff member and little to no volunteers. They will stay open until 7 p.m. one night. What personnel policies does your library have to deal with having only one staff member in the building at one time? This library serves a little less than 10,000 population, is off a busy highway but tucked away from other businesses. Thanks for the advice.
